Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Booking Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure private guides and vehicles.

  2. Cancellation Fees: Fees are calculated based on the date of written notice:

61+ days prior to arrival: Loss of deposit (50% of total).

60 to 31 days prior to arrival: 75% of total fee forfeited.

30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of total fee forfeited.

  1. Weather Policy: Outdoor activities (Table Mountain/Cape Point) are subject to weather conditions. If a summit is not possible, Miamojasa will provide an alternative high-value activity. No refunds are issued for weather-related pivots.

  2. Third-Party Costs: Guests are bound by the specific cancellation terms of the accomodation platform for their booking.

  3. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) coverage.
